Lead the Strategy That Powers a Bold Retail Experience

With growing ecommerce and retail channels, we’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Marketing Manager to support in leading our in-store and omni-channel marketing engine—driving customer engagement, foot traffic, and brand growth.

 

What You’ll Do

 

📊 Support Strategic Execution

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion across over 100 physical stores and online platforms
  • Partner with creative, digital, and retail teams to manage campaign assets across paid media, in-store, influencer, and content channels
  • Assist with tracking market trends and competitive insights to optimize marketing programs
  • Coordinate efforts to introduce HUSTLER Hollywood and Lovers to new audiences through regional and national campaigns and outreach programs

📍 Support Omni-Channel Retail Marketing

  • Assist in the development of marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and customer engagement
  • Help coordinate in-store marketing experiences, including window displays, signage, local on and off-site events
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for campaign assets across print, digital, and in-store touchpoints
  • Collaborate on creative initiatives including seasonal campaign and social content photoshoots

📈 Measure & Optimize

  • Maintain marketing calendars and support reporting on campaign KPIs and performance metrics
  • Assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness using data insights and customer behavior analysis
  • Ensure consistency of brand storytelling across marketing channels

🤝 Collaborate & Communicate

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across eCommerce, Retail Ops, Buying, and Creative to support marketing alignment
  • Manage relationships with select vendors, freelancers, and partners to ensure campaign

Responsibilities

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to brick-and-mortar retail and omni-channel strategy
  • Experience supporting cross-functional marketing campaigns from planning to execution
  • Strong project management skills with an understanding of production timelines and content workflows
  • Working knowledge of digital and traditional media including paid social, OOH, radio, and influencer marketing
  • Experience supporting local or regional events and activations to drive in-store traffic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with marketing KPIs and customer lifecycle journeys
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
