Location-Based Pay Transparency: 
Los Angeles, CA Pay Range: $85,000 annually 
Seattle, WA Pay Range: $83,000 annually 
(Exact compensation based on experience, skills, and location.)

Lead the Strategy That Powers a Bold Retail Experience

With growing ecommerce and retail channels, we’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Affiliate Program Manager to lead and expand our affiliate marketing initiatives. 

 

This role is key in scaling a high-performing affiliate program that supports revenue growth across digital and physical channels. You’ll manage partner relationships, optimize performance, and align affiliate campaigns with brand objectives—ensuring strategic integration across marketing efforts. 

 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do 

📈 Own Affiliate Program Strategy & Operations 

  • Own day-to-day management of affiliate program across platforms (Grin, ShareASale, Refersion or similar).  
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates and strategic partners. 
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships by creating a feedback loop within the affiliate partner community.   
  • Develop tiered commission models and scale up our growing program.  
  • Maintain ongoing communication with affiliates to ensure performance optimization and alignment with campaigns.  
  • Partner with buying department to ensure product is secured for affiliate activation  

🛍 Drive Omni-Channel Integration 

  • Collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to align affiliate strategies with promotions, new product launches, and in-store activations.  
  • Implement tracking methods to attribute sales across touchpoints (e.g., coupon codes, QR codes, tracked links, POS data). 
  • Support geo-targeted affiliate campaigns to drive traffic to specific store locations. 

📊 Measure Performance & Optimize 

  • Monitor key performance indicators including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and incremental revenue 
  • Analyze affiliate and campaign data to generate insights and improve program effectiveness 
  • Provide regular performance reports and implement optimization strategies 

🤝 Enhance Partner & Influencer Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with influencer marketing team to cross-leverage relationships. 
  • Identify high-performing affiliates and turn them into brand evangelists.  
  • Coordinate co-branded content, affiliate-exclusive offers, and limited-edition promotions. 

Ensure Brand & Legal Compliance 

  • Ensure all affiliate content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements (FTC disclosures), and promotional rules. 
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain program integrity and prevent fraud. 

 

What You Bring 

  • 3–5 years of experience managing affiliate or partnership marketing programs (omni-channel experience preferred) 
  • Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking technologies, and performance marketing metrics 
  • Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to optimize affiliate and partner performance 
  • Experience collaborating across retail, ecommerce, legal, and creative teams 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, UTM tools, and affiliate platform dashboards 

 

Preferred Experience 

  • Experience in retail, fashion, wellness, or consumer goods affiliate marketing 
  • Familiarity with in-store activations including POS tracking, QR codes, or localized couponing 
  • Background in influencer marketing or content-driven partnerships 

 

Physical Requirements & Work Environment 

This hybrid role involves a mix of remote and in-person work, including occasional travel to stores, events, and production shoots. Key requirements include: 

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods 
  • Use of standard office and digital content equipment 
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed 
  • Visual and auditory capacity for reviewing content and monitoring engagement 
  • Availability for occasional overnight travel and non-standard hours for events or shoots 
  • Exposure to adult content is a regular part of the role due to the nature of the business
