    • Los Angeles, CA Pay Range: $90,000–$110,000 annually
    • Seattle, WA Pay Range: $90,000–$110,000 annually
      (Exact compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and location.)

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

🚀 Own & Execute Social Strategy

  • Develop the social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Stay ahead of trends, adapt quickly, and infuse every post with cultural relevance and brand voice.
  • Manage and mentor the Assistant Social Media Manager, creators, and contractors to bring bold content to life.

🎥 Create Scroll-Stopping Content

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Social Media Manager on concepting and producing organic and paid social content—from viral videos and UGC to campaign visuals and launch-specific assets.
  • Partner with internal teams (Growth, Retail Marketing, Creative) to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
  • Maintain an always-on editorial and paid social calendar that’s reactive, seasonal, and deeply relevant.

🤝 Activate Influencers, Creators, & Affiliates

  • Support and manage relationships with social media influencers, affiliates, and brand partners to drive in-store traffic, revenue, and brand awareness
  • Oversee the end-to-end influencer program—from outreach and negotiation to campaign delivery and performance analysis.
  • Develop targeted social media marketing campaigns, including geo-targeted paid and organic efforts, to generate in-store traffic, build brand awareness, and engage customers
  • Develop and implement TikTok Shop strategy
  • Leverage creators as strategic partners, not just content suppliers.

📈 Drive Performance & Measure Impact

  • Track key social KPIs (engagement, reach, CAC, ROAS, LTV) using tools like Sprout, Dash Hudson, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and GA.
  • Analyze performance, identify what’s working, and optimize constantly to turn engagement into revenue.

🧠 Lead with Culture, Community & Commerce

  • Cultivate a vibrant social community by engaging authentically in real-time conversations.
  • Engage in and with communities digitally on platforms that drive brand awareness and commerce (Reddit, OF, Twitch)
  • Moderate and manage sentiment while identifying moments for virality or risk mitigation.
  • Amplify our POV on sexual wellness, empowerment, and self-expression with confidence and creativity.

 

What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years of social media, influencer, or content marketing experience at a DTC, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand.
  • Proven ability to build and scale social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts—especially for Gen Z and millennial audiences.
  • Hands on experience with Meta paid social including ad creation, budget management, and campaign set up.
  • Experience scaling a robust affiliate program – preferably with an omni channel retailer.
  • A track record of viral content creation and community growth.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy, influencer ROI, and UGC best practices.
  • Strong data fluency—you know how to test, learn, and optimize for performance.
  • Exceptional creative instincts and a passion for culture, trends, and storytelling.
  • Experience managing people, projects, and cross-functional relationships in fast-paced environments.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or around adult, wellness, or high-sensitivity brand categories.
  • Experience in celebrity or entertainment partnerships and activating talent to drive brand buzz.
  • Knowledge of SEO for social and e-commerce integration.
  • A personal POV on culture and confidence in turning it into creative.

 

Physical Requirements

This hybrid role involves a mix of remote and in-person work, including occasional travel to stores, events, and production shoots. Key requirements include:

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Use of standard office and digital content equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed
  • Visual and auditory capacity for reviewing content and monitoring engagement
  • Availability for occasional overnight travel and non-standard hours for events or shoots
  • Exposure to adult content is a regular part of the role due to the nature of the business.
