SUMMARY

We are seeking a strongly motivated, very professional, and agile Customer Service/ECommerce Product Specialist to support two of our world renown brands, HH-Entertainment LLC (Ecommerce division) and LFP Publishing Group LLC (Adult Magazine Publishing). This is a very dynamic and critical role that requires a candidate who has multiple skillsets and will interact with numerous stakeholders and various teams throughout our organization.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for listing new and managing and optimization of existing products on HUSTLERHollywood.com and you will be responsible for interacting with customers who subscribed to our Print/Digital magazines at HUSTLERMagazine.com or purchased products through our ecommerce website HUSTLERNewsstand.com.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all aspects of the day-to-day website management such as: including but not limited to updating website content, product pricing and descriptions, update and respond to customer inquiries across all our publishing sites.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, warehouse personnel and others to streamline communication with customers and ensure positive user/customer experience as well as speedy delivery of our products to customers.
  • Understand and research eCommerce trends and technologies to improve website performance and report new ideas to upper management.
  • Provide weekly/monthly and ad hoc reporting on revenue, subscribers, and product inventory for all publishing products.
  • Troubleshoot issues with payment processes and billing merchants, issue refunds when necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide helpful support to publishing customers. Report problems to relevant departments and escalate emergencies to leadership team.
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly analytics reports that monitor key KPIs. These include but are not limited to: website traffic, conversion rate, AOV, sales and other marketing campaign performance.
  • Add new products to ecommerce website following strict guidelines and SEO best practices. Research and add potentially missing and/or required information online to ensure all listings are optimized and include all necessary product descriptions.
  • Use CHAT GPT and/or other AI tools to create content, product descriptions, modify images, etc. for listing products on ecommerce website and marketplaces.
  • Crop, edit, resize, modify, and create new product images on ecommerce website.
  • Review, update and fix website content for SEO and optimal user experience.
  • Read & Review vendor assets to be used during product entry onto the ecommerce website.
  • Collaborate and manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, etc.
  • Meet deadlines for product entry to ensure no delays of marketing campaigns launches.
  • Review merchandising on website and provide feedback to relevant parties or make changes on your own if necessary.
  • Supporting in the ideation process of new product development.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce buying team.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce with strong eCommerce background.
  • At least 2+ years of WordPress and/or WooCommerce experience.
  • 2-3 years of Customer Support Service within eCommerce.
  • 2-4 years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Highly analytical and process driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Proficient in Google Apps especially Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams and external vendors to accomplish goals.
  • Excited to embrace and drive eCommerce experience and increased conversion and acquisition.
  • A strong track record of identifying high value, low-cost solutions to problems by balancing business and customer needs with tech capabilities.
  • Flexible self-starter with optimistic attitude, ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision in a dynamic environment while effectively meeting tight deadlines and proven experience succeeding.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with Amazon store and listing on marketplaces.

Knowledge of Internet best practices and the impact they have on SEO.
